Work in the Digital World
The working group “Work in the Digital World” is concerned with the effects of digitization on work in the broadest sense. Based on a holistic approach that also includes the areas of life and education/learning, the group discusses how digitization is changing work processes and forms, what consequences this has for classic job profiles, what skills and (meta-)competencies will be needed in the future, and how it can be possible to avoid negative consequences and enable individuals to be winners in the digital world of work and life.
